Tight FitTight Fit is a British pop group that achieved massive chart success in the early 1980s. Originally formed in 1981 as a studio session project, the band transitioned into a performing group defined by its iconic, definitive line-up: Steve Grant, Denise Gyngell, and Julie Harris.

Known for their high-energy dance routines and glamorous aesthetic, the trio scored a massive UK Number 1 hit in 1982 with their cover of “The Lion Sleeps Tonight”. They followed this success with the Top 5 single “Fantasy Island” before disbanding in 1983. The original members officially reformed in 2010 to tour, later releasing the comeback album Together and their 2025 record, Forever.
